POLICIES & ENGAGEMENT
Licence Agreement
Permissions for website materials and agreed client deliverables.
What this licence covers
This page describes permitted use of public RASPTECHNOLOGIES website materials. It is not a software subscription, product end-user licence or automatic licence to confidential client reports. Third-party assets, linked publications and open-source components remain subject to their own terms.
Public website materials
You may view, print and keep a copy of public pages for your own internal reference, with attribution and existing notices retained. This limited permission does not transfer ownership. Quotation, fair dealing and other statutory permissions remain available where applicable.
Restricted use
Obtain written permission before selling, republishing substantial materials, using the logo in a way that implies endorsement, or presenting our materials as your own consultancy service. This restriction does not prevent lawful linking, independent commentary or rights granted by law. No licence is granted to third-party trade marks.
Client deliverables
Before an engagement begins, the written agreement must state ownership and permitted use of reports, configuration files, scripts and training materials. It should distinguish client-owned inputs, newly created deliverables, reusable tools and third-party components. This public page does not silently override agreed intellectual-property terms.
Software and third-party components
If software is supplied, its licence, support arrangements and security requirements must be identified separately. Open-source obligations and third-party licence notices continue to apply. A website visit does not authorise downloading or using a restricted assessment tool.
Permission requests and remedies
Request additional permission through [email protected]. If a use is disputed, we will seek clarification and a practical resolution; this page imposes no automatic penalty, broad indemnity or unilateral ownership transfer. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
