Who to contact

RASPTECHNOLOGIES, ABN 70 379 794 301, is the business brand operating this site. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, access or correction requests and complaints. A client agreement identifies the legal contracting entity. This policy describes the present website and enquiry workflow; handling of engagement evidence is agreed separately.

Information you provide

The form uses your name, business email, organisation, service interest and message to prepare a summary in your browser. It does not send data to our server or save it in local storage. Copying puts the summary on your device clipboard. If you email it, we receive the content and ordinary email metadata to respond and discuss potential services. Provide only relevant information; do not send credentials or sensitive evidence.

Technical information and providers

Our server and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security events to deliver the site, investigate abuse and maintain reliability. Cloudflare operates a global network; processing may occur outside Australia. We do not claim all traffic or metadata remains in Australia. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its provider practices.

Use and disclosure

Enquiry information is used for correspondence and assessing requested services. Relevant information may be handled by hosting, security and email providers, or disclosed where law requires it. We do not use the website application for advertising tracking or sell enquiry information. Overseas handling, retention and access conditions for sensitive engagement data must be agreed before that data is provided.

Retention and security

We limit information to what is needed for correspondence, service administration and applicable record obligations. Retention varies with purpose and legal requirements; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Reasonable security measures include controlled access and encrypted website transport. Email and clipboard use carry their own risks. No system provides absolute security.

Access, correction and complaints

Email the privacy contact describing your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need proportionate identity verification. We will explain the process and any lawful limitation or refusal. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may seek guidance or complain to the OAIC where it has jurisdiction. This policy does not limit available legal rights.

Cookies, incidents and changes

See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and Cloudflare security cookies. We assess suspected data incidents and notification requirements under applicable law, including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where it applies. Updates will show a revision date. New form delivery, tracking or material provider changes require this policy to be reviewed.

Australian context: OAIC Australian Privacy Principles and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Sources checked 11 October 2026. Statutory obligations depend on the organisation and circumstances.
